We’re eager to work with you to design your very own Classic, and our drafting and engineering department can help you transform your ideas into reality.
The fee structure for these services varies depending on how much help you need concepting and designing your Classic.
Take a look at the service options listed below. Each option provides you with conceptual home plans that are designed for plan approval. They are engineered to meet building code standards,
saving you time in the building permit process and engineering fees over and above the costs listed here (unless your state requires a stamped set of plans in order to obtain your building permit)*.

The Standard Classic: When you choose to make minor changes to one of our standard plans, our in-house drafting department will create a plan that clearly resembles the original Classic, but contains your unique touches.
$595, credited toward your Classic material package price
The Custom Plan: If you can explain in detail your idea of the perfect home including square footage and desired roof lines, or you can bring us a photo or prototype of your dream home, our in-house drafting department will create the plans for you.
$795, credited toward your Classic material package price
Additions: Adding on to an existing structure? If you can explain in detail what you’d like in your addition, including square footage and desired roof lines, we’ll create the plans for you. If you’re not sure what you need, we can work collaboratively with you and an architect or professional designer to come up with the perfect solution.** In this case, we’ll provide you with a quote on a per-plan basis.
$10 per square foot/$995 minimum design fee
